Had an awesome trip with friends! The location was perfect. We easily walked to the Jewish Ghetto and Ponte di Rialto. Enjoyed the lovely canalside seating. Keep in mind, rooms are small but charming. Breakfast was decent. just enough to fuel our adventures.

Had a bit of trouble with the room’s electrical outlets. There was only one, making it hard to charge multiple devices.

Great place to stay with friends! We enjoyed relaxing walks to the Ponte di Rialto and the Piazza San Marco. The location made it easy to explore everything.

Dated facilities needing a makeover!!! Inconsistent room quality was frustrating to experience!!! Especially annoying when the air conditioning struggled to maintain comfort!!! A touch more cleanliness wouldn't go amiss!!!

The room was pretty spacious, which was a plus. Bed was nice, but the AC didn't work great. it got warm at night. Window was tough to open due to the mosquitoes. Bathroom was clean and the shower was strong, but I wish the towels were thicker. Overall, it felt comfortable enough, just a few bumps here and there.

The elegant décor and charming ambiance of Principe make it feel like stepping into a Venetian fairy tale. I loved how accessible the main areas were, allowing everyone to soak in the local charm easily.

More seating in common areas would help immensely.

The historic decor takes you back in time, immersing you in authentic Venetian vibes. Enjoying breakfast on the terrace while gazing at the Grand Canal views is simply magical. Plus, the direct water taxi drop-off makes arriving feel like a royal entrance!

This place suits me perfectly. It offers great wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and a lovely bar area. On my first stay, the staff helped with currency exchange recommendations, which I remember. The housekeeping staff is exceptional, too! Highly recommend!

However, the AC in the junior suite struggled to function on a hot day, and the reception staff displayed poor service, being rude and unresponsive to requests. Opening the window for fresh air led to smoke odors from outside, diminishing the comfort of the stay.

The location near the Grand Canal was ideal for my business meetings, making it easy to navigate the city. The staff efficiently assisted in setting up my presentation equipment and provided quick room service when needed. Additionally, the breakfast buffet had a good selection, including freshly baked croissants and a variety of organic juices to start the day right.

The room was clean & impressive, with stunning views of the canal. Breakfast? Delightful, filled with pastries and fresh fruit, made the mornings better.

Great stay with a fab breakfast

We had a solid stay for 2 nights. The breakfast was seriously awesome, with tons of options! Location is perfect, so close to the train station. The only bummer was our room got hot, even after we turned off the heat. Overall, a chill experience with nice drinks at the bar too.
